I’m Sian, I’m a wife, a mum of two, and a nail technician who found her passion a little later than planned — but at exactly the right time. After qualifying in 2023 with VTCT Levels 1–3 and completing my Builder Gel training, I took a leap of faith and started to build my own nail business. What started as a simple idea has grown into a cosy, calming salon space where clients can unwind, feel cared for, and enjoy a moment of peace in their day. My journey is a reminder that it’s never too late to follow your passion and build something you truly love.

Once Upon a Time is my little haven based inside the Elizabeth George Studio — a warm, friendly space where every appointment feels personal, gentle, and unhurried. I created it with one goal in mind - to offer a place where people can switch off, feel looked after, and leave with nails that make them smile. Whether you’re a busy mum needing a quiet hour, someone who loves a good chat and a pamper, or a little one experiencing their very first manicure, I want your visit to feel special from start to finish.

I offer a range of natural‑nail‑focused services including classic manicures, builder gel overlays, infills and nail art. I have also started “Mum & Mini” packages — magical, memory‑making appointments designed for mums and their little ones to enjoy together.
